We here at WSBGMs love us a Phucco. However, if Josh Fogg makes it into the elite company of Andy Van Slyke and Dan Plesac we'll be less than thrilled. The Phillies inked Fogg to a minor league deal yesterday for some depth in the system. If they were looking to stockpile craptastic pitchers, then BINGO!, they found their man. Fogg may have rolled up a 3.74 ERA last year with the Rockies, but prior to that he was a hot mess. His career ERA spanning 9 seasons with the Rox, Buccos, Reds, and ChiSox is 5.03 with a record of 62-69.
