Alex Rodriguez has walked out of his grievance hearing after arbitrator Fredric Horowitz refused to order baseball Commissioner Bud Selig to testify.
Horowitz was in the midst of the 12th day of hearings Wednesday on the grievance filed by the players' association to overturn the 211-game suspension given to Rodriguez by Major League Baseball last summer for alleged violations...
Although he may have to wait quite a while before he gets to learn of his fate when it comes to a 211 game suspension by the MLB, Alex Rodriguez left the hearing and was unabashedly pleased with how the whole thing went.
According to ESPN, A-Rod's confidence is flying high:
"We crushed it,'' Rodriguez said. "They had nothing.''
