MLB News: The Houston Astros recalled pitcher Jose Cisnero from Triple-A Oklahoma City while optioning pitcher Brett Oberholtzer to the same Houston affiliate on Monday. Cisnero gets the luxurious job of mop-up duty while Oberholtzer should get another chance before long to be back in the majors.
Fantasy Ramifications: Neither Cisnero or Oberholtzer holds any fantasy baseball value in 2013.
