Sean Marshall adds another stopper at the backend of the Reds 'pen
Buster Olney of ESPN.com has been busy this week ranking the league's top pitching staffs for 2012. Olney thought so highly of the Redlegs 'pen that he placed them among one of the league's elite.
Dusty Baker's arsenal of bullpen arms came in at #10c on the MLB's 10 best bullpens list. (It's an ESPN Insider piece, so you'll have to subscribe or sign-up to view the entire list).
But just for our sake, here is the excerpt about the Reds:
10c.

How will some of the Reds' relievers bounce back after a year of heavy work?"
Olney also produced a top ten list of starting rotations, however...

With all the uproar over the Texas Rangers losing C.J. Sox Acquire Andrew Bailey for Josh Reddick
According to Buster Olney (via Twitter and MLB Trade Rumors) the Red Sox have acquired reliever Andrew Bailey and outfielder Ryan Sweeney for right fielder Josh Reddick, minor leaguers Miles Head and Raul Alcantara. My assumption is that the Sox would have to include another prospect in the deal but probably not anyone of note so for now I will proceed on the assumption of...

Buster Olney of ESPN says the Rockies are pursuing OF Cody Ross and the two sides are negotiating the terms of a new contract.
However, Troy Renck of the Denver Post says while the Rockies are interested in Ross, they will only sign him at the right price, which Olney speculates is a one-year deal plus an option.
Earlier this month, Jon Morosi of Fox Sports said the Mets are among...
