Last time
The Red Sox went into the All-Star break losing 3 out of 4 against the Yankees at Fenway. Would you like me to elaborate? I didn't think so, I'm sure you remember it.
This timeLaser Show: Adrian Gonzalez
Pitch Around: Robinson Cano
Cano is almost the complete offensive threat. If he had more speed, we would be talking MVP. He has a great average, great power, and great success in against the Red Sox in his career. His offensive numbers against the Sox have been worse this season than any other in his career. It doesn't mean he won't be a factor in the series or this season, rather he is long overdue of a big series against Boston.
Don't Fall Behind: Hiroki Kuroda
The only Yankees starter that the Red Sox have not made their bitch multiple times. Mainly due to his time in the National league. With the Red Sox offense performed in the Rangers series, the chances of them falling behind every pitcher is very good. The Sox need to jump all over every starter early to give themselves a fighting chance.
How we see it goin' downI don't have much faith in this team. The tiny bit of optimism left is leading me to say the Red Sox will salvage 1 game in the series, but it is a tiny bit of optimism. The Red Sox will get swept by the Yankees and we will all be that much more hungry for Football.
