Tigers outfielder Torii Hunter has 26 million reasons to enjoy the holiday season. That didn't stop him from having a bit of regret Thursday when his former team, the Los Angeles Angels, signed Josh Hamilton to a 5-year, 125 million contract. Hunter, 37, signed a two-year, 26 million contract with the Tigers last month after the Angels didn't match Detroit's bid. "I was told that money was tight, but I guess the Arte had money hidden under a mattress. Business is business but don't lie," Hunter tweeted, referring to Angels owner Arte Moreno. Hunter quickly backed off, saying that Hamilton is one of the best player and then saying "I'm not upset, just have fun with it." By that point, though, Hunter's tweet had gotten national attention and made it onto sites like Deadspin.
