Huston Street isn't the only Rockie who should be feeling bad

Colorado closer Huston Street(notes) might be trying to shoulder the blame for Monday's season-ending loss to the Phillies, but in a baseball rarity, the rest of the world isn't placing him solely in the crosshairs.No, the honor of that spot would also belong to Rockies manager Jim Tracy, who is taking plenty of heat for keeping the righthanded Street around to face the sinistrophobic Ryan Howard(notes) for what could have been the last out in a big Rockies' win. Instead, Street gave up a two-run double that changed the course of the game.
