One of my favorite people to follow on Twitter is @WorldofIsaac. So you should follow him. Now.

My latest reminder of his real-time Twitter greatness was the posting of the image below, taken while watching today’s weird White Sox-Tigers game.

I love this image for several reasons:

  1. The “dad” is wearing a Cardinals shirt/jersey while proclaiming the greatness of the Tigers.
  2. Our very own die-hard White Sox fan KVB has likely had a moment like this at U.S. Cellular Field with his dad, a Tigers fan.
  3. There is no possessive apostrophe in “Dads.” This is the first thing I noticed. This is a clear sign I’ve been editing too much copy over the last several years.
  4. Little kids having fun at baseball games are awesome.

So, kudos to this dad/son combo for a great pair of signs (whether the dad is really a Tigers fan or not…)

As for the “weirdness” this White Sox-Tigers game, it was 6-0 White Sox before the Tigers scored 8 and then 2 runs in successive innings. What the hell White Sox?

Time to go back and see if they can come back…
