MLB.com is reporting that the Cleveland Indians 26 year old right-hander Corey Kluber underwent surgery to repair a torn meniscus in  his right knee on Friday.  The Indians say the surgery went well and Kluber is expected to be ready for spring training. The Birmingham, Alabama native made 12 starts for Cleveland in 2012, compiling a 2-5 record over 63 innings. He is  penciled in as the number four starter on the Indians depth chart for the upcoming season.  Kluber was acquired by Cleveland from the San Diego Padres in 2010 as part of a 3 team deal that saw the Indians send Jake Westbrook to the St. Louis Cardinals.
