The Cleveland Indians just non-tendered Jack Hannahan, Rafael Perez, and Chris Seddon on Friday, but that doesn't mean the Indians don't want them at all.  The team is interested in re-signing all three.  However, when a player is non-tendered, they are free to sign elsewhere and the Indians no longer have priority. According to Paul Hoynes of the Cleveland Plain Dealer, the Indians's GM has said the team is still interested in all three players. GM Chris Antonetti says #Indians have interest in re-signing Jack Hannahan, Rafael Perez and Chris Seddon. They were non-tendered Fri. — paul hoynes (@hoynsie) December 1, 2012 Jack Hannahan has some injury troubles in 2012, but he was a solid contributor for the Indians.  He played in 105 games and hit .244/.312/.341.  Hannahan has not shown enough pop to be a full time first baseman or third baseman - his two primary positions.  In 2012, he hit just four home runs.  His top home run year was 2008 when he hit nine. Rafael Perez had a strained lat muscle during the 2012 season.  It was early on, but it was bad enough to land him on the disabled list.  As such, the injury cost Perez some time while on the DL and while rehabbing in the minors.  Perez only pitched in eight games for the Indians this past season.  He posted a 3.52 ERA, but the injury was obviously concerning to Cleveland. Chris Seddon was a little different.  He did not suffer any serious injuries in 2012.  He pitched in 17 games for the Tribe, starting two of them.  He is built to be a starter - a minor league starter.  However, because of injuries, the Indians had to use Seddon two times as a starter in the year.  Overall, he performed just fine.  He finished the year with a 3.67 ERA in 34 1/3 innings-pitched.
