Justin Mastserson gets a complete game as the Cleveland Indians completed the sweep over their inner-state rival Cincinnati Reds. Masterson may have not had the start to the 2012 season he was hoping for, he now looks like he has returned to the form the Indians and Manny Acta were hoping for. Mastserson pitched the entire game last night as the Indians took game three from the Reds 8-1. Indians fans who gave Justin the nick name of Masty, were pleased to see the big right-hander get through another game without giving up an earned run. This was the second game in as many starts for Justin Masterson woth 9 strike-outs too. Masterson pitching nine innings only throwing 110 pitchers had 76 of them for strikes. Now with his second win in a row Masterson goes to 4-6 on the season. Justin Masterson has his confidence growing and that is a great thing to see. He looks UN-stoppable at this point in time. The Indians could use that at this point in the year. The Reds never knew what hit the...

Tribe starter Josh Tomlin was long gone at this point, despite putting together a solid performance...

6/19 Game Recap: Reds 2 - Indians 3

Player of the Game Josh Tomlin pitched very effectively tonight. He recovered nicely from his bad outing against the Reds last week. Tomlin pitched 6.2 innings and gave up just one run on 6 hits. The only thing that really hurt him was a wild pitch in the 1st inning that eventually led to the only run he allowed. Tomlin's outing tonight won him his 3rd Player of the Game of...

This guy got the last laugh in the Battle of Ohio. Just a week ago, the Reds seemed assured of taking back the Ohio Cup after dominating the Indians at GABP.
