Jacob deGrom planning to cut his long hair

You’d think there would be more important things to talk about on the eve of the World Series, but…here we are.

Prior to what ended up being an historic Game 1 Tuesday night, Jacob deGrom announced that he is likely going to be visiting the barber’s chair soon.

“I think (my hair) is gone at the end of the year,” the New York Mets pitcher said via the New York Daily News. “It’s driving me nuts. I’ve got to get rid of it.”

But don’t fret Mets fans…you’ve still got Noah Syndergaard.
