Since coming up to the Major Leagues last season the Name Jason Kipnis has been on the lips of most Cleveland Indians Fans, with good reason too. Kipnis is clearly one of the best second basemen the Indians have had in a while. Last night Kipnis hit a Grand-Slam to help his Indians team over-power the Minnesota Twins. Kipnis should have All-Star written all over the back of his Jersey. The Problem may be to many other second base-men that have more popularity than the Indians second year second-baseman. That is about to change if it hasn’t already. Kipnis is going to be one of those hitters other teams fear. Kinis comes in seventh in stats for second basemen, he has played in 51 games this season and has 9 home-runs,35 R.B.I.’s and four doubles. He is hitting .283 and lets not forget Jason Kipnis struggled for about a week just a few game ago. Kipnis is coming into his own now and at this pace he could drive in over 100 runs this season and hit 27 or more home runs if he stays health...

After a week to forget, Indians needed their day off

What a difference a week can make. It was a week ago that the Indians completed a three-game sweep of the Detroit Tigers that pushed the Indians' record to 26-18, and extended their first place lead in the Central Division to 3 12 games. Thursday the Indians had a much-needed off day as it gave them a chance to try to regroup from a disastrous week in which they lost five of...

Weren’t you looking forward to this weeklong home stand against the Royals and Twins? I certainly was, and this 2-4 result definitely was not what I was hoping for. The Indians will definitely need tomorrow’s game in order to save face in the AL Central...
