John Smoltz’s giant mansion looks like it’s worth every penny of the $7.2 million he’s asking for it

It's good to be John Smoltz — though perhaps maybe not as much as it used to be. The former Atlanta Braves pitcher has posted his Milton, Georgia mansion on the market for $7.2 million and it's the type of place you'd have to drag me kicking and screaming from. Honestly, I post a lot of these real estate-type items and it's easy to get jaded. But I'm also pretty sure that we've never written about an 18,000 square-foot house located on a property that likely features better sporting facilities — a golf course! a football field! — than your local municipality.
