Last year in late January the Mets signed Bobby Kielty to a minor league deal with an invite to spring training. It came down to Kielty Vs. Anderson for the last spot on the roster, Kielty was willing to do what it took to make the team first dropping switch hitting and then picking it back up. I thought Kielty should have made the team but the Mets went with the safe option keep Anderson and tucking Kielty away in Buffalo.
