Texas Rangers second baseman Ian Kinsler was scratched from Sunday's lineup with a stiff lower back and was replaced by top-prospect Jurickson Profar, according to the team's website. Profar is making his major league debut batting ninth at the Cleveland Indians. Kinsler's injury is not considered serious and he could play on Monday against the Kansas City Royals. Profar, 19, was called up from Class AA Frisco on Saturday. He is ranked as the Rangers' top minor league prospect and the fourth best overall by MLB.com. He batted hit .281 with 14 home runs, 62 RBI, 76 runs scored, 26 doubles and seven triples in 126 games at Frisco.
