Found January 10, 2011 on Yanks Go Yard:

Former NYY utility infielder Luis Sojo will return to manage the Single-A Tampa Yankees this season.

Sojo managed the Tampa Yanks from 2006-2009 before taking off last season. He also managed the Venezuelan team in both World Baseball Classics.

Sojo, a four-time WFC with the Yanks, is perhaps best known for clubbing the go-ahead, two-RBI single in the top of the ninth inning in the decisive Game 5 of the 2000 World Series against the Loser Mets.

Welcome back Luis!

Yeah, it’s that time of the year when this is actual news. Please come back baseball.
