Brewers sign OF Patterson to minors deal
The Milwaukee Brewers have signed veteran outfielder Corey Patterson to a minor league contract.
Patterson spent last season with the St. Louis Cardinals, hitting .157 with three RBIs in 44 games.
The 32-year-old has seen time with six teams during his career, including appearing in 11 games with the Brewers in 2009.
Patterson is a career .252 hitter and owns 218 steals.
