Heath Bell got his closer's job back Friday, and he responded with a perfect ninth inning to nail down the Marlins' 3-2 win in Cleveland. Bell, who signed a three-year, $27-million contract in December, lost the job May 5, a day after he blew his fourth save chance. Bells' save Friday was his fourth of the year and his first since May 1. "That's his job,'' manager Ozzie Guillen said. "There's nobody out there who wants him to do well more than me. I'm behind him 100 percent. We've got to believe he can do that.'' The save was special because it was the first time Bell closed out a game when right-hander Carlos Zambrano was in line for a win. Two of Bell's blown saves cost Zambrano a win. "He was good today. He was throwing strikes. That's the Heath Bell we like to see,'' Zambrano said. Bell allowed two runs to the Mets in a non-save situation May 13 then tossed a scoreless inning May 16 in another non-save situation in Atlanta. Bell has an 8.56 ERA in 16 appearances.
