Down to their final strike, Gaby Sanchez connected on a two-out, opposite-field home run to right field off Milwaukee closer John Axford. For Sanchez, the game-tying home run came on a day he was optioned to Triple-A New Orleans after the Marlins announced they had acquired Carlos Lee from the Astros for Minor Leaguers Matt Dominguez and Rob Rasmussen. Move over Gaby, El Caballo is coming to town. That is kind of a kick in the nuts though. You hit a huge home run, your team wins, and adios… The life of a baseball player.
