Mets’ Carlos Mendoza drops truth bomb after defeating Diamondbacks

The New York Mets defeated the Arizona Diamondbacks in extra innings by a final score of 4-3 on Tuesday. A big part of the reason the Mets won was the bullpen, as they held the D’Backs scoreless after starting pitcher Freddy Peralta allowed three runs across 4.2 innings on the mound.
