I’m not gonna lie and say I saw the game, cause I didn’t. I knew they were up 1-0 before I went to work, then found out they lost 6-5. But that’s it, that they lost, but not how they had lost. That I found out an hour later and it pissed me off. Then it made me wonder. ‘Was this the game that defines the season?’ Is this the loss that proves to Mets fans that this team won’t get it done? That the 2010 Mets just don’t have enough to even get into the playoffs, that they will disappoint us yet again. And that it will rate an 8 on the Disappointment Meter. Yes, an 8.
