Atlanta Braves pitcher Mike Minor is hoping to build on a strong 2013 season but currently the left hander is a little behind in camp. Minor had a procedure done on his urethra- and we will leave it at that. David O’Brien of the Atlanta Journal Constitution has more details…. #Braves Minor had procedure known as cystoscopy, to enlarge urinary tract impeded by scar tissue, the origin of which was uncertain. — David O'Brien (@ajcbraves) February 24, 2014 Minor may miss the start of the season but O’Brine believes that he should be ready to go by the time the Braves need a fifth starter. Minor made 32 starts last season compiling a 3.21 ERA and a 1.09 WHIP. He produced a 181/46 K/BB ratio in 204 2/3 innings of work. Minor will become arbitration eligible for the first time in 2015.
