Mike Napoli had an incident on the 4th inning of Game 6 of the World Series on Thursday night. As Napoli was running to second base, and just as pitcher Fernando Salas overthrew a possible force out at second base, Mike hesitated as his ankle seemingly broke. Miraculously Napoli actually stayed in the game, but as you can tell from below it was not pretty.

This was a pretty bad looking injury that Napoli suffered in the 4th inning of game 6. He walked it off and stayed in the game like a trooper. Can't say I would have done the same. Probably why I'm not on the field.
