The Royals announced (via Press Release) that they have signed Phillip Humber to a minor league deal. Humber made 13 appearances for the Twins the past two seasons after being part of the deal that sent Johan Santana to the Mets.
Adam McCalvy reports that the Brewers have signed Mark DiFelice to a minor league deal despite the expectation that he will miss the 2010 season following shoulder surgery.
