AAA: Scranton/Wilkes-Barre Yankees
Ronnier Mustelier’s three hit performance helped lead Scranton/Wilkes-Barre past Pawtucket on Sunday night by a score of 6-2. Playing DH today, Mustelier scored once and also drove a run home. Corban Joseph and Darnell McDonald also contributed multi-hit games, with Joseph having a pair of RBIs as well. The rest of Scranton’s offense came off the bat of Kosuke Fukudome, who contributed a home run with a pair of RBIs. On the mound, Matt Tracy made his Triple-A debut after arriving earlier today in Pawtucket, earning the win with five solid innings of work. Tracy allowed just one run on three hits while striking out four Red Sox hitters in his debut. Manny Delcarmen recorded his sixth hold with two innings in relief of Tracy, allowing a run on four hits before giving way to Ryota Igarashi. Igarashi turned in two hitless innings while striking out three batters.

AA: Trenton Thunder
Binghamton jumped out to a 2-0 lead in the first inning against Vidal Nuno and the Thunder, but Trenton would come back to take a 4-2 lead headed into the bottom of the 9th. However, Ryan Pope allowed three unearned runs in the ninth inning, allowing a Binghamton comeback and handing the Thunder a 5-4 loss. Vidal Nuno had tossed a good game for Trenton, allowing two runs on six hits in five innings of work. He also struck out seven hitters. Tom Kahnle also contributed two scoreless innings in relief for his Double-A debut. Offensively, Zoilo Almonte hit his 21st home run of the season for one of his two hits on the game, and Addison Maruszak had a multi-hit game as well. Rob Segedin and Shane Brown, hitting 8th and 9th in the order, had the team’s other two RBIs.

High-A: Tampa Yankees
Tampa was able to scrounge just four hits as they were shut out by Lakeland 6-0 on Sunday, though it was four errors on defense which did them in even more. Only Slade Heathcott, Zach Wilson, and Kyle Roller (2) managed to reach base on Sunday. The loss will surely leave a horrible taste in manager Luis Sojo’s mouth as the team’s offseason begins today. Defensively, errors by Zach Wilson, Kyle Higashioka, and Shane Greene (2 – both on attempted pickoffs) allowed Lakeland enough extra chances to pad their lead. Greene, who started, allowed four runs (two earned) in five innings of work before giving way to the bullpen. Kenedy Agramonte made his FSL debut, tossing a shutout inning while striking out one batter, and Nick Goody continued his run through the lower levels, striking out two of the four hitters he faced while pitching a scoreless eighth inning.

Low-A: Charleston RiverDogs
Charleston topped Augusta 5-1 on Sunday thanks to solid hitting by Dante Bichette, Casey McGehee, and Nick McCoy. Bichette, who had three hits and reached on a walk, was a catalyst for the RiverDogs offense, while Nick McCoy had a pair of hits and also managed to bring home two runners. For Casey McGehee, who was playing in the Bronx just a short while ago, it was a 1-for-5 night that was highlighted by a double and a pair of RBIs. On the mound, Charleston shut down Augusta for most of the game. Brett Gerritse had started and allowed the only run in four innings of work. After he left, William Oliver, Zachary Arneson, and Adam Smith combined to shut down the Green Jackets the rest of the way.
