Tom Gorzelanny could not follow up his solid debut and left in the second inning with a bruised right foot. Gorzelanny reportedly went to the hospital for x-rays after getting hit on the foot by a combacker off the bat of Dexter Fowler. As good as Gorzelanny was against the Reds, he was equally as bad against the Rockies. Gorzelanny surrendered six hits to the 10 batters he faced in 1 1/3 innings.
