According to Todd Zolecki, the Philadelphia Phillies have activated outfielder Nate Schierholtz from the 15-day disabled list.

Working his way back from breaking the big toe on his right foot, he recently was in a rehab assignment with the Triple-A Lehigh Valley IronPigs beginning this past Sunday.

Schierholtz hit .219 with a home run, a double and two RBIs in 11 games with the Phillies before being injured.

This will be the first of many moves for the Phillies this month, as rosters have expanded for the last few weeks of the season.
