Wilson Ramos can't catch a break.  If it's not injuries, it's kidnappings.  This time, it's injuries again, though.  Ramos, who is rehabbing a strained hamstring at the Washington Nationals' spring training facility in Florida, re-injured the hamstring during drills yesterday.  The setback will likely push his return back until sometime in July. Wilson Ramos suffered setback with hammy while doing first-to-third drills in Viera. Davey says his return unlikely before All-Star break. — James Wagner (@JamesWagnerWP) June 12, 2013 Ramos hit the DL earlier in the year with a hamstring strain, came back, then re-injured the same hamstring.  Now, he's having trouble even getting healthy again.  And it's a shame.  The Nationals could certainly use his help.  Their offense has been stagnate for most of the year, and Ramos has proven in the past that he can be a difference maker. Blogging for Susie Ramos has only played 14 games this season.  He is hitting .250/.308/.438.  Ramos recently dealt with a knee injury that cost him most of last season, so this year will mark the second consecutive season in which Ramos misses a lot of time.  In 2012, he only played in 25 games. The 25-year old Ramos is in his fourth Major League season.  He came up with the Minnesota Twins before eventually landing with the Nationals.  In his career, Ramos is a .267/.331/.432 hitter.  The Nationals have been leaning heavily on Kurt Suzuki in Ramos' absence.
