According to ESPN’s Pedro Gomez, Manny Ramirez will be making his return to the MLB as he signed a one-year deal with the Oakland Athletics worth $500,000.
However, Ramirez will still have to serve his 50-game suspension. If there are no rainouts during the season, Ramirez could be back by possibly July 2 versus the Kansas City Royals.
Ramirez will be turning 40 years old soon...

ESPN is reporting this afternoon that Manny Ramirez will join the Oakland Athletics this season. The 40 year old Ramirez still must serve a 50-game suspension this season, carried over from last season, a suspension which forced Ramirez to depart the Tampa Bay Rays roster.
