NY Mets: Continuing Their On Going Stupidity

I don't believe for one second that those fans on the BR who read my work would argue with anyone about how passionate I am about this team. It's no secret that I'm not a youngster like my three favorite proteges Mike Kent, Nick Adamo, and Nick Carlo, but each one of them will tell you that the Mets are my first love and have been so since 1962. This is not a plug for my "Anatomy of a Franchise" series either. I'm just frustrated as we all are about the current status of the Mets 2009 season. We can talk about all the injuries until we are blue in the face and we know that we can't change what has happened in the past but you would think this organization could at least learn from it. Do they?
