Baltimore Orioles designated hitter Vladimir Guerrero is likely headed to the disabled list with a hand injury.
Guerrero has been sidelined since receiving a small fracture in his right hand on Sunday after he was hit by a pitch from Boston's Kyle Weiland.
The 36-year-old Guerrero was unable to get through batting practice on Friday and didn't even bother to attempt to get his swings in on Saturday.
Guerrero is batting .279 with seven homers and 31 RBIs this season.
