Baltimore Orioles shortstop Cesar Izturis left Sunday's game against the Toronto Blue Jays in the fifth inning with a left groin strain. Izturis had just returned to the lineup on Friday after missing three months following elbow surgery. The 31-year-old Venezuelan entered the contest batting .207 with no homers and one RBI in 17 games this season. He was replaced by Blake Davis on Sunday.
