San Diego Padres righthander Dustin Moseley was scratched from Tuesday's scheduled start against Colorado.Moseley dislocated his left shoulder while batting in a game last Wednesday.Padres manager Bud Black said he will skip Moseley's turn in the rotation and plans to start him on the weekend.San Diego is expected to recall Wade LeBlance from Triple-A Tucson to start in place of Moseley, who is 2-6 with a 3.16 ERA this season.
