After announcing the release of Geoff Jenkins, the Phillies have named Chan Ho Park as their fifth starter.

GM Ruben Amaro Jr. indicated that J.A. Happ will compete for one of two bullpen spots with three other relievers, but he will most likely end up in AAA. The Phillies want him to be a starter and the thinking is that he would be wasted in a bullpen...
