Veteran outfielder Adolis Garcia signed a one-year deal worth a reported $10 million with the Philadelphia Phillies on Tuesday. "His power stands out in any part of the ballpark," Phillies manager Rob Thomson said Tuesday as the team introduced Garcia to the media.
