The Mets and Giants will play a single admission double-header this afternoon at Citi Field with Game 1 beginning at 4:10 PM. After splitting the first 2 games of the series, yesterday's afternoon game was postponed due to rain. The rain-out will push Johan Santana's next start to Tuesday evening against Jose Reyes and the Miami Marlins.

On the hill in Game 1 for the San Francisco Giants will be right-hander Tim Lincecum (0-2, 10.54). The two time Cy Young award winner has been dreadful thus far in 2012. In his first 3 starts of the year, he has given up a combined 16 runs in just 8.2 innings pitched, by far the worst stretch of his career. Lincecum will try and right the ship against the Mets, a team that he has pitched well against in his career (3-1, 2.87).

The Mets will hand the ball to Miguel Batista for the spot start. Batista has pitched solely out of the bullpen in 2012 with his last appearance coming last Wednesday against the Braves in ATL. In Batista's last start he threw a 2 hit complete game shutout against the Reds at Citi Field.

Game time is scheduled for 4:10 PM. Here are the starting lineups:

For the (7-7) San Francisco Giants:

1. Angel Pagan CF
2. Melky Cabrera LF
3. Pablo Sandoval 3B
4. Buster Posey C
5. Nate Schierholtz RF
6. Brandon Belt 1B
7. Emmanuel Burris 2B
8. Brandon Crawford SS
9. Tim Lincecum P

For the (8-6) New York Mets:

2. Daniel Murphy 2B
3. David Wright 3B
4. Lucas Duda RF
5. Ike Davis 1B
6. Josh Thole C
7. Ruben Tejada SS
8. Mike Baxter LF
9. Miguel Batista P
