Texas Rangers second baseman Ian Kinsler says his nagging right ankle is feeling 100 percent following a procedure to separate a ligament from the bone.Kinsler, who hit .255 BA with 32 home runs and 77 RBIs last season, received a platelet-rich plasma injection this week. The ankle has been a problem for him ever since he rolled it during training in Arizona back in March 2010.Kinsler has learned to adjust to the discomfort and lack of power in his right ankle. He told reporters that the opportunity for a long-term deal is pending and that he’s waiting for the Rangers to make the first move. The two sides haven’t talked with Texas courting free-agent Prince Fielder and trying to sign pitching prospect Yu Darvish before Wednesday’s deadline.
