Texas Rangers pitcher Yu Darvish showed off his full repertoire Wednesday in his third live batting practice of spring training.
The Japanese sensation threw seven different pitchers during Wednesday's outing, according to Rangers catcher Mike Napoli.
Along with a fastball, curveball and slider, Darvish unveiled his slider, changeup, split-fingered fastball and cut fastball.
"Today was the first day I got to see everything," Napoli said. "He threw every pitch pretty good. He threw everything on both sides of the plate."
Darvish signed a six-year, $60 million contract in January after the Rangers posted a $51.7 million posting fee just to negotiate with him.
He went 18-6 with a 1.44 ERA in 28 games for the Hokkaido Nippon Ham Fighters last season and logged a career mark of 93-38 with a spectacular 1.99 ERA in seven seasons in Japan.
