Manager Ron Washington had to figure out what to do with the top of his lineup last night with Michael Young out for at least two weeks. Let's assume everyone else is healthy (I know Josh Hamilton has back issues, but for the sake of this argument, he's in). What is your lineup? Washington had Elvis Andrus in the 2-hole. WIth Young out, I'm OK with that. Washington said he doesn't want to shift Chris Davis over to third all the time, but I didn't think it was a bad option last night and I'd do that against righties.
What about this lineup vs. righties (I'm torn on what to do the bottom of that order):
DH Julio Borbon
SS Elvis Andrus
2B Ian Kinsler
RF Nelson Cruz
CF Josh Hamilton
LF David Murphy
3B Chris Davis
1B Hank Blalock
C Pudge Rodriguez
If Washington doesn't play Davis at third, then Vizquel or German would bat ninth and play 3B.
What would you do against lefties? Would you leave Borbon in the leadoff spot or move Kinsler back up there?
