After 24 years with the Mets, Randy Niemann is headed to Boston to join Bobby Valentine's staff. The Red Sox reportedly hired Mets rehab pitching coordinator –– and once the organization's bullpen coach –– to become the team's assistant pitching coach on Tuesday, according to Niemann, 56, will be reunited with Valentine, his boss on the Mets from 1997 to 1999.
