PLAYERS: Ronnie Prettyman
From the Terre Haute Rex Terre Haute – The Terre Haute REX Baseball organization announced today that Ronnie Prettyman will become the team's manager for the 2013 season. Prettyman served as a bench coach for the REX during the 2012 and 2011 seasons. "I am grateful for the opportunity that the REX have given me," Prettyman said. "Terre Haute has embraced the REX and when a city like this cares and is supportive, it is hard not to get excited." ^^^ Prettyman is the successor to Brian Dorsett, who coached the team for the past three seasons. Dorsett earned a 101-71 overall record and lead the team to two post season playoff appearances. He was named the 2012 Prospect League Co-Manager of the Year. Read the rest of this article here.
