The San Francisco Giants and starting pitcher Ryan Vogelsong have agreed to a two-year deal with Ryan Vogelsong, Mychael Urban of 95.7 FM reports. Jon Paul Morosi of FOX Sports adds that the deal is for two-years at $8 million dollars plus an option.
After several lackluster seasons that began with the San Francisco Giants that led him around the Majors and Japan, Vogelsong had a resurgence in 2011 with an All Star selection. He entered 2011 as long shot to make the team's roster, but ended up being one of the Giant's shining points.
