This is certainly one way to get yourself known at a ballgame. One Seattle Mariner fans couldn’t contain his dancing during Thursday’s Seattle Mariners game at Safeco field against the New York Yankees. You may have already seen this same guy dancing at a Seattle Mariners game earlier in the year. Back in April, a video went viral after this man was dancing with his daughter.

Grown Man Steam Rolls Child For A Kyle Seager Home Run Ball

I’m hoping the adult didn’t see him, right at the end it looks like he checks up and tries to slow himself.  Due to the proximity of him and the kid, I’m guessing its his own kid so I give him a pass.  But still that kid got erased by the big fella.  Is a Kyle Seager HR really that valuable? Jerk of the day: Man steamrolls kid to get homerun ball

The Mariners’ Kyle Seager’s game-tying grand slam ball in the 14th inning was certainly something this guy wanted, and he wasn’t going to let some little child get in his way. There weren’t too many in attendance during the long the extra innings, and this man and child were the only two in their row, so I’m assuming this child is the man’s son. Way to go dad!

Seattle Mariners just miss sweep vs. White Sox

Almost.  The Seattle Mariners made baseball history last night, but it wasn’t enough to get a sweep over the Chicago White Sox.  In major league baseball history, Kyle Seager became the first player to hit a grand slam in extra innings to tie a game, and no team had ever scored five or more runs in the 14th inning or late to tie a game.  After thirteen innings of 0-0, the White...

The 7-5 final score of Wednesday's historic 16-inning, five-hour, 42-minute game between the Seattle Mariners and the Chicago White was punctuated by a host of zeroes on the scoreboard for the first 13 innings. Ichiro spent 12 years in Seattle without realizing the city has tons of Starbucks

From what I have heard, there are several locations throughout the fine city of Seattle where a person can sit in a Starbucks and see another Starbucks by looking out the front window. Apparently, either Ichiro Suzuki didn’t spend a lot of time hanging out in Starbucks during his twelve seasons as a member of [...]The post Ichiro spent 12 years in Seattle without realizing the...

Fan Bowls Over Small Child While Going After Grand Slam Ball in Mariners-White Sox 16-Inning Game (Video)

The White Sox’ 7-5 win over the Mariners in 16 innings on Wednesday was memorable on a few levels, but what may end up being the most enduring image from the game didn’t involve any of the players. The contest featured 13 innings of scoreless baseball followed by both teams putting five runs on the board in the 14th. For the Mariners, those runs came via a two-out Kyle Seager...

Grown man cares more for home run ball than safety of small children

Wednesday night’s Mariners-White Sox game was an extra inning affair of crazy proportions. For 13 innings the two teams remained scoreless, and then in the top of the 14th Chicago exploded for five runs, only to have Seattle equal the feat in the bottom of the inning to tie the game up, thanks to a Kyle Seager grand slam, the first in MLB history to tie a game in extra-innings...

Grown man runs over child to snag ball during Mariners-White Sox game (video)

If I noted that it was a grand slam ball, would that make any difference? Yeah, didn’t think so. Anyway, it was a doozy of a humdinger of a ballgame at Safeco Field on Wednesday as the Seattle Mariners hosted the Chicago White Sox. The game ended after sixteen innings with the visiting ChiSox beating [...]The post Grown man runs over child to snag ball during Mariners-White Sox...

Is King Felix future Hall of Famer?

Every time Felix Hernandez takes the mound, something special can happen. The 2010 American League Cy Young winner is 105-80 with a 3.18 ERA in his eight-plus year career (through June 7, 2013). Imagine how many more victories the Seattle Mariners right-hander would have if he pitched for a better team. Example: He was just one game over .500 at 13-12 in 2010, but posted an AL...
