Today is the day that the San Francisco Giants must tender contracts to their arbitration eligible players. The deadline is at 9 p.m. Pacific Time.   Henry Schulman of the San Francisco Chronicle (via Twitter) believes the Giants will tender contracts to everyone except Brian Wilson. Below is the arbitration eligible players. Hunter Pence Santiago Casilla Brian Wilson Sergio Romo Jose Mijares Buster Posey Gregor Blanco Joaquin Arias Clay Hensley and Manny Burriss were both DFA (Designated For Assignment) and both elected for free agency. Burriss has since signed a minor league deal with the Reds. Eli Whiteside was claimed off waivers by the Yankees on 11-05-12. He then signed with the Yankees ($625K) to avoid arbitration. He was then DFA to make room on the roster for Andy Pettitte on 11-28-12. Does anyone else feel a little bad for Whiteside?
