The Rangers have committed three errors and walked in two runs, and four Oakland pitchers have allowed only five hits as the A's have taken a 6-1 lead entering the bottom of the eighth inning. Two of the errors came in the first and led to an unearned run. The third error was just committed by C.J. Wilson, whose throw to second base was closer to center fielder Marlon Byrd than shortstop Elvis Andrus.
