Brewers ace Jacob Misiorowski leaves game due to leg cramping

For the second time in three starts, Milwaukee Brewers flamethrower Jacob Misiorowski left a start early due to leg cramping on Wednesday night. After holding the visiting San Diego Padres to four hits through seven scoreless innings, the 24-year-old right-hander took the mound to warm up for the eighth.
