The New York Yankees and Washington Nationals have agreed to a trade just a few days before the start of the season. The Yankees are sending infielder Jorbit Vivas to the Nationals in exchange for 21-year-old right-handed pitcher Sean Paul Liñan, New York announced on Sunday.
