This post is dedicated to Jim Barber, of Zionsville, IN. The 51-year old swam from Europe to Africa, across the Strait of Gibraltar, yesterday. Then turned around and swam back. It took him 7 hours, 49 minutes, which is a new World Record. Congrats to my fellow Hoosier.
As Arizona Diamondbacks shortstop, Stephen Drew, slid in to home plate last night, his right foot decided to stay behind him, while the rest of his body tried to cross home plate. The result: a pretty hideous broken ankle.
If you have a weak stomach, turn around, do a couple shots of Hornitos, then turn back around and hit play.
Enjoy.
