  • According to MLB.com's Bryan Hoch the Yankees announced today that they have come to terms with the 20 remaining players with three years or less service in the big leagues. Peter Abraham has all the salaries.
  • John Harper thinks the Yanks should be really concerned about C.C. Sabathia's work load over the past two seasons.
  • Jim Kaat looks to be coming back. He mentioned in his most recent blog entry that he will be doing some games for the MLB Network. The first game he will be doing will be the Yankees home opener on April 16th against the Indians. He also said that the Yankees have asked him to be part of the on-field ceremonies prior to that game, which he said he's "honored" to be a part of. He's also working on his new website, KittyKaat.com.
  • Red Sox closer Jonathan Papelbon compared former teammate Manny Ramirez to cancer, saying Boston made the right decision when it traded the slugging left fielder to the Los Angeles Dodgers last summer.
